PROPERTY SYNTESIS

Our establishment is located in a zone with a big urban development with many neighborhoods with great dimensions in built, as San Antonio, Lumaco, Parrales de San Francisco, Cooperativa Urquiza, Natania 23,  Valle Cercano, La Ernestina, etc. They are located in zones nearby, being street Urquiza (our location) the most direct access towards street Godoy Cruz, Bandera de los Andes and Acceso Este (wich communicates with Mendoza City and sorrounds).

All services are installed (water, light, gas, sewer)  and two drilling for underground water extraction. Reinforced concrete floors, buildings with brick masonry, anti-seismic construction.

There are 5 industrial units with roofs made with floor tiles (1.000 m2) and 9 industrial units with parabolic roofs made of plates that have a total of 3.500 m2.  Also, there are desks in 2 plants and toilets. It has a land surface of  27.000 m2, it includes the fabric, that has 6.000 m2 covered.

  • Net of water and 3 drilling of 4'' y 5''  with electropumps.

  • Net of sewers

  • Generating set for all the factory.

  • Gonella Boiler feed by natural gas

  • Screw-compressor  15 HP with a distribution net to all factory.

  • Effluent system approved by OSM

  • Rules BPM Y HACCP Certifications. Currenly out of dates but already implemented.
